Hey I’m Dom,
welcome to Newsletter Writing Services!

We’re white label newsletter specialists, helping brands and businesses with audience growth and customer conversion.

Our newsletter initiatives will keep your brand active and relevant, developing familiarity and engagement across multiple media channels. As a business your ultimate goal should be converting your audience into customers, and our newsletter writing services allow you to do just that, all while giving something interesting and valuable back.

Our service is hands-off (for you). We do all the research, writing, and scheduling, ensuring every newsletter is speaking about the things that are current in your industry. All you need to do is approve, sign-off, and publish! Being white label also means we work away in the background. Nobody knows we exist and the final product is all yours.

Newsletters speak about current affairs, they are more personal, can be published just the same as an article or blog, and have far more chances of being interacted with once shared on your socials. People can read an opinion piece, learn about something that is going viral in your industry, or perhaps you want to share something exciting that’s happening in your business. There’s a very good chance readers will have something to say! If you’re still just uploading blog topics onto your website that have been written about a million times over already, chances are nobody is going to even read past the title. Blog posts are informational, sure, but they’re not interactive nor do they promote conversation like they once did. Sadly everything has been posted about a thousand times over by one AI tool or another, and it has unfortunately devalued SEO content, even when the writer is a provably passionate expert on the topic.

How does it work? Our newsletter initiatives focus on three points of strategy.

  • Developing a mailing list: A mailing list is something your customers opt into via your website. They are inviting you to send them emails (something we know many business owners are wary of for fear of spam accusations). The difference is, as mentioned, your customers make the choice to join your mailing list, and can leave it whenever they wish. We call this ‘permission marketing’. There is also no risk of spam accusations working with us, as we recommend bi-monthly publications, keeping your brand relevant without any risk of becoming associated with the dreaded spam.

  • Publishing your newsletter: Once your email has gone out to your mailing list you can publish the newsletter on your website. Think of this as no different to uploading a blog post, only it’s way better. Visitors to your site who might not have signed up to your mailing list or don’t follow you on Socials yet can view the post, and if it’s of interest to them, they may join your list or follow you on Socials. (This is encouraged on every newsletter, but not pushed!)

  • Sharing on Socials: Next you can share the newsletter on your Socials, ask colleagues to like, share and comment, and you’re already on your way to showing up in the algorithm. Done right, your brand will remain in the minds of prospective customers, and brings many networking opportunities as you interact with your audience.

Each point of strategy is designed to complement the other, and is intended to create a cycle of attracting audience members, converting customers, and growing your mailing list. It keeps your brand marketed, allows you to discuss relevant interesting topics, and maintains a direct stream of traffic towards your products and services.

Our newsletter writing services are simple: An email service provider is added to your website (if you don’t have one already) so your customers can sign up to your mailing list, then we start writing newsletters for you.

At first you won’t have an audience for your newsletter through the mailing list, however that will come as you begin publishing and growing your numbers via Socials. As mentioned above, it’s a three point approach, with each channel complementing the other. The focus is on creating discussions and inviting engagement with your brand, not pushing for sales, but advertising yourself as a business worthy of its customers.

What we write about and how your newsletters are voiced will be entirely up to you. Industry news, case studies, event recaps, internal interviews, products highlights, or simple opinion pieces are all popular choices. Depending on the industry, discussing history or more miscellaneous subjects can also be a big hit. Sometimes people just enjoy reading something lighthearted and fluffy. These are all things we’ll be more than happy to talk about when planning your newsletter initiative.

What we offer

Newsletter initiative plans

Monthly

A steady option for businesses whose industries aren’t changing weekly. While your mailing list will see slower growth, a thoughtful monthly news round up or start of the period announcement across Socials will keep your brand name present without you needing to manufacture news. It’s a consistent method that will gradually build your brand’s familiarity.

Bi-monthly (Suggested)

This is the sweet spot, where you can keep your business in your customer’s minds via emails and on Socials, offering thoughts, commenting on industry news, and connecting with your audience without being overwhelming. It also gives you the space to mix up your content and post tones, discussing some ‘mid-month musings’ half way through the period, and still have space for a round up at the end.

Weekly

If your business operates in an industry that sees a lot change, or there’s always something to talk about, then a weekly newsletter initiative can be ideal. You might spread content between news reports, gossip, round ups, or more serious in-house business updates. There are many sectors that can get away with a faster newsletter cycle without being seen as spam.

Working with us

We’re a relatively small team here at Newsletter Writing Services, however we have over two decades of experience between us, each with various areas of specialty in the digital marketing industry. Things are changing in the industry, and many avenues of content have begun to feel detached. I touched on it above, but the age of ‘AI slop’ has essentially devalued the relevance of straight forward ‘SEO content’ into oblivion. Anyone can set up site, have an AI bot spam about 50 pieces of generic keyword focused blogs, and that’s it. There’s no human touch, it’s just a tidal wave of regurgitated information being blasted at us with zero soul.

This is why we’ve decided to turn our focus to newsletters, where our words still matter, hold weight, and create conversations. Newsletters can reach your audience on a personal level, and still allow you to share your thoughts with the world. They are a move away from statements of information, and a step towards the interactive content that blog posts once were over a decade ago. I still remember the first comment I received on one of my earliest websites where I would discuss my passion for writing fiction and it felt great. That slowly faded away, and unless you have developed an audience now, the chances of someone finding and reading your content is slim to none.

Newsletters and mailing lists have been around forever, but with things as they stand, I believe they are going to be the avenue brands and businesses begin to use that sees the resurgence of meaningful content. Something written by a human, read by a human, producing something that has been missing enormously, some positive interactions between humans. In time we’ll help build a lasting familiarity with your brand, so when people need something you offer, or when you launch a fresh product or service, you’ll have an entire audience that already knows who you are and why they can trust you.
